Keep reading on in order to find the best fit for your online business.

Being able to get the cliff notes when it comes to Demio vs Crowdcast.
That’s why I created a quick video for you.
Simply click the play button down below if you’d like to see who the winner is overall.
Here is the link that I mentioned in the video for the recommended software:
Helpful Note: You can get a free trial and you don’t even need a credit card to start.
So that was the very quick section when it comes to these two software tools.
Let’s talk a little bit more about what they have to offer now.
Starting with Demio first.
Delightful Demio: Big Benefits, Features, And Cost
Delightful Demio indeed.
This software tool will allow you to run more effective webinars.
Oh, and don’t forget about being able to do that with less work overall (which is nice).
Demio is one of those webinar platforms that are simple to use and navigate:
- For you (the user of the software).
- As well as the registrants who are going to watch your webinars.
I’m getting well ahead of myself though.
Before continuing on, I want to let you know that Demio offers a free trial.
I would highly recommend that you try them out, as they have a lot to like.
Either that or you can follow along with some of the features I’ll be mentioning:
So what exactly does Demio offer that makes them such a superb software?
Let’s quickly talk about that now.
Demio Live Events
Every webinar software seems to be different when it comes to webinars.
- Sometimes other software tools only offer live presentations.
- Something other software tools only offer automated presentations.
Demio offers both types of webinars.
That’s a pretty big advantage when you compare them to Crowdcast.
More about automated webinars with Demio in the next section, too.
But what about live webinars?
What I loved the most about their webinars is the overall ease of you.
Even a caveman could create a live webinar with this platform.
- It’s completely stepped by step.
- It also comes with really nice ease of use.
This isn’t to say that creating presentations with Crowdcast is challenging.
Far from it.
However, Demio is a powerhouse when it comes to being simple and easy to use.
In the beginning, all you need to do is pick your type of webinar and the title.
From then on out, there are two big steps that you need to follow, which include:
- Summary (shown above when creating a date and time).
- Customize (which is where most of the magic happens).
In terms of customization, there’s more than enough to help make your webinar pop.
A few examples of things that you can customize include:
- The webinar registration.
- Email notifications.
- The event admins.
- The room.
And a bunch more, which also includes the ability to use integrations.
I added a quick screenshot down below that shows off a few of them for you:
Demio also integrates with Zapier.
This is beneficial because it will give you hundreds of more integrations to utilize.
Either way, I think I made my point when it comes to the simplicity of Demio.
So that’s a little bit of information when it comes to creating live webinars.
Demio is equipped to handle automated webinars as well.
Let’s talk about that now.
Demio Automated Events
Automated webinars are like music to a lot of online marketer’s ears.
After all, they give you a whole lot of freedom and flexibility.
This is because they are pre-recorded and can be played around the clock.
Here’s another big benefit of automated webinars:
It’s the exact same process as setting up standard webinars.
There are only going to be a few minor changes:
- Adding the pre-recorded presentation that you’d like to use.
- Adding the recurring times for when your presentation can be viewed.
So there’s not much else that you have to learn (in terms of new things).
That makes for a much lower learning curve and an overall faster process.
Once again, this comes down to the simplicity and ease of use with Demio.
You can see me go through the entire process in the review that I added below.
Must See: Reviewing Demio.
That also showcases a lot of other cool features that Demio has to offer.
You might be wondering how much Demio costs now.
So let’s continue onto that important topic next.
How Much Is Demio?
Demio currently comes with four total pricing plans.
Even though three are shown above, there’s one more where you need to contact them.
Either way, here is a quick list of what Demio has for their prices:
- The Starter Plan is $49 per month (50-attendee room).
- The Growth Plan is $99 per month (150-attendee room).
- The Business Plan is $234 per month (500-attendee room).
You can also get a nice discount if you choose to pay annually instead of manually.
A big thing to note about Demio is that automated events come with the Growth Plan.
The Start Plan allows you to create the standard/live webinars.
There are also plenty more perks that you get with each of these Demio plans.
I’ll add a link down below that goes over all of the perks and benefits of each.
Highly Related: Demio pricing and perks.
So that, in a nutshell, is a good amount of information when it comes to Demio.
I do highly recommend them, for many of the reasons that I’ve mentioned.
I also recommend that you give them a try as well:
Helpful Note: You don’t even need a credit card to try them out, which is nice.
That’s the first half of the comparison when it comes to Demio vs Crowdcast.
Let’s flip the script and talk about what Crowdcast has to offer now.
Creative Crowdcast: Benefits, Features, And Cost
Crowdcast is an online platform that allows you to:
- As well as grow your community with online events.
In a nutshell, Crowdcast is all about creating and running live events.
As stated earlier, Demio has the benefit of also being able to run automated webinars.
Crowdcast also comes with a free 14-day trial.
Keep in mind that you will need to have a credit card in order to unlock their free trial.
Let’s now take a look at one of the biggest strengths of this presentation platform.
Creating 2-Step Live Events
Crowdcast is very big on creating a new way to create and host live presentations.
Overall, their easy live events come down to having your audience:
- Registering for the event.
- Start engaging with questions and comments if the event hasn’t started.
I can certainly applaud the level of simplicity when it comes to this type of setup.
Nevertheless, Crowdcast makes it seem like every webinar platform out there is clunky.
I can certainly agree that many are (I won’t mention any names).
However, Demio is certainly not one of those clunky webinar platforms.
Note: That’s the reason for the Crowdcast vs Demio comparison in the first place.
What’s great about Crowdcast (and Demio actually), is there there are no downloads:
- Crowdcast is browser-based (with no downloads).
- Demio is also browser-based (with no downloads as well).
With that being said, let’s take a look at what it looks like on the inside of Crowdcast.
I took a screenshot of the first step of the process when it comes to setting things up.
There are five sections that you can edit and customize including:
- Basic info.
The basic info, as you might expect, is about as basic as it gets 🙂
That’s something that you can quickly fill in and then move onto the next section.
In fact, just about all of these sections can be quickly filled in and completed.
- The cover is just for a cover photo and or a video trailer.
- Registration allows you to add registration fields.
- Multistreams allow you to stream other platforms.
- Lastly, Advanced allows you to toggle on/off specific options.
Let’s just say this when it comes to setting up your live event:
Here’s what I came up with after quickly editing the presentation options:
So that’s what really makes Crowdcast a very powerful platform overall.
The ability to (really) quickly put together a live presentation.
But is that going to be enough when it comes to the power of what Demio offers?
We will find out soon enough.
Either way, Crowdcast certainly has plenty more perks and features than what’s mentioned.
I want to move on to the pricing now as that’s an important part of this software too.
How Much Is Crowdcast?
Similar to Demio, Crowdcast also comes along with four different pricing plans.
The difference is that all of them are shown and you won’t need to contact support.
Here is a quick list for you:
- The Starter Plan is $29 per month.
- The Lite Plan is $49 per month.
- The Pro Plan is $89 per month.
- The Business Plan is $195 per month.
As you can see from the screenshot above, there are two big differences for each:
- The number of live attendees changes with each plan.
- The hours per month that you can utilize also changes with each plan.
There are also many more perks that you get with each of the pricing plans too.
I’ll leave a link down below for the official website where you can learn more about them:
- Learn more from the official Crowdcast website.
So all in all, that’s a good amount of information when it comes to Crowdcast vs Demio.
Who is going to be the best pick for you and your online business?
Let’s move to the grand finale now and find out.
Demio Vs Crowdcast: Summary Conclusion
Overall, you’re looking at two solid platforms when it comes to live presentations.
However, I would say that Demio has the edge of also having automated webinars.
That’s a really big perk.
Especially if you want to build, grow, and scale your online business with a specific offer.
Plus, Demio is an extremely smooth and simple-to-use platform.
While they might have a few more steps when being compared to Crowdcast?
I feel that you just can’t go wrong with them.
So my recommendation in this comparison would have to be Demio.
Demio comes with a completely free trial too which I will leave down below:
Note: You don’t even need a credit card for the free trial.
Simply enter in your name, email, and password and you’ll be good to go.
Either way, thank you for taking the time to learn more about these two platforms.
I hope that this helped you when it comes to making the best pick for you.
I’ll add a few more related posts when it comes to Demio vs other platforms.
