Now onto the biggest comparison when it comes to Landingi and LeadPages

Landingi Vs LeadPages: Comparing Landing Pages

So it doesn’t matter if you end up using:

  • Landingi (or).
  • LeadPages.

You’ll have the ability to create helpful landing pages for all of your online marketing efforts.

That’s why this feature is so important.

So I decided to walk you through the process of creating a landing page.

I did this for a few reasons:

  • So that you can get a good idea of how each software works.
  • As well as give you my thoughts when it comes to pointing you in the right direction.

So by the time that you make a choice?

You’ll already have a great idea about how each software works.

Let’s begin with Landingi.

Landingi Landing Pages

So right from the start, you have some great news when it comes to Landingi:

You’ll no problem creating a landing page with this software.

That’s something that I’m always looking for when it comes to using any type of software:

Simplicity.

Let’s get started when it comes to the process of creating a landing page.

First, like many other tools, you will need to pick a template that you like.

I liked that they had many templates to choose from (and I’m sure that you will too).

Take a look at the picture down below for a few great examples of their landing page templates:

landingi templates

Note: These landing page templates happened to be from the business category.

They have many more categories as well as a total of 236 templates to pick from.

The first time that I ever used Landingi I ended up counting every single one of them.

Highly Related Post: My initial Landingi review.

The first time that I ended up using them, I also went with the template named Simple Newsletter.

  • So you pick your template.
  • You then have to give it a name.
  • Lastly, you then get taken to their landing page editor.

Down below is an example of what their landing page editor looks like:

So not only is picking your template for your landing page easy?

Using their landing page builder is also a pretty easy process.

In the picture above, take a look at the left side of it.

You’ll see a variety of elements that you can add to your landing page such as:

  • Icons and forms.
  • Boxes and buttons.
  • Counters and sections.
  • Text, videos, and images.

If you’re feeling lucky, there is also the option to use HTML (which I usually don’t).

A very big pro of Landingi is that they come with a true drag-and-drop editor.

This means that you can drag, drop, and move sections anywhere on your landing page.

This is important because:

  • You get more freedom and flexibility.
  • Giving you an overall much smoother landing page experience.

Here is a small little feature that you won’t see in many other landing page builders:

So what is the big deal with this?

Landingi allows you to also edit your thank you page in the same editor without leaving.

Helpful Note: I added in a red rectangle around the Thank You tab in the image above.

This is helpful because for simply saving you time when it comes to creating landing pages.

Consider this a two-for-one for creating and editing landing pages.

Nevertheless.

You won’t be running into any problems when using their smooth drag and drop editor.

That means that you can build and create your landing pages much faster.

I recommend that you try it for yourself:

You also get a special discount when you go through the special link above.

I’ll talk more about that in the pricing section though.

But for now?

Let’s compare LeadPages vs Landingi when it comes to creating and using landing pages.

LeadPages Landing Pages

Just like Landingi, it’s pretty straightforward when it comes to setting up your landing pages.

However.

LeadPages is a dash less flexible when it comes to creating your landing pages.

Let’s take a look at the process of getting started with LeadPages (picture is shown below):

like leadpages

Here are the options that you can choose from (in alphabetical order):

  • Alert bars.
  • Landing pages.
  • Pop-ups.
  • Websites.

For obvious reasons, landing pages will be used for this example.

This software will then ask you what you need to use your landing page for:

  • Making sales.
  • Something else.
  • Generating leads (for building your email list).

Helpful Note: LeadPages has the leg up when it comes to making sales.

I chose to generate leads for this example, and after that?

You get to pick from many of their landing pages templates (just like Landingi):

like leadpages

Above is a small example of templates that you can pick from free resources or download pages.

Irrelevant Note: The Buster Business dog is too cool!

It’s too bad that I didn’t end up using that template for this example.

Rather instead, I ended up going with the Simple Report Squeeze Page template.

After you pick your template, all you need to do is:

  • Simply give it a name.
  • And then you get taken to their drag and drop editor.

Down below is a screenshot of what you can expect to see from their editor:

leadpages drag and drop

So it’s pretty easy to get to the process of editing your landing page.

However, I’ve stated before that their landing page editor feels just a tad clunky.

Compared to Landingi?

You don’t get as much freedom and flexibility.

This is for the simple fact that you can’t drag, drop, and move elements anywhere you want.

There are just a few small restrictions.

Nitpicking aside, LeadPages still provides a pretty solid landing page building experience.

Similar to Landingi, your main actions are on the left side of the editor which include:

  • Layout (your content, header, footer, etc).
  • Widgets (text, image, video, buttons, forms, space, etc).
  • Styles (font, backgrounds, page width, favicon, custom CSS).
  • Settings (for social, SEO, and don’t forget Google Analytics and more).

Nevertheless.

Here are my thoughts summarized when it comes to their landing page editor:

  • It’s easy to navigate around their editor.
  • But their editor would be better if it was truly a drag, drop, and move anywhere editor.

That was my initial and personal opinion though.

Like with many landing page builders, it has changed for the better with time.

On the other hand, you may find that it’s one of the best tools that money can buy.

That’s why it’s a good thing that they come along with a free trial:

If you would like to hear more of my thoughts when it comes to LeadPages?

I’ll put a related post down below for more information.

Highly Related: My updated LeadPages review.

So that’s a comparison of how these tools stack up when it comes to landing pages.
