What Is WebinarKit Exactly?
WebinarKit was created by Stefan Ciancio and is exactly what you might expect it to be.
More specifically, this autowebinar funnel software allows you to:
Work less and earn more.
This is thanks to the ability to create automated webinars with their modern platform.
Or in other words, you can create auto webinar funnels.
Helpful Note: There’s also the option for creating live webinars (more about that later).
While this webinar platform is still relatively, there’s certainly a lot to like about it.
What you’ll really like is how WebinarKit currently offers one-time pricing.
I’ll be talking about the pricing in a specific section further into this WebinarKit review.
Until then, you can always check out the official WebinarKit site down below:
So that’s a little bit about what this software is all about.
Let’s dive into the complete WebinarKit review and demo walkthrough.
WebinarKit Review Introduction: Features And Walkthrough Demo
What’s even better than reading a WebinarKit review?
Watching the WebinarKit review video that I also created for you.
Click play down below to see exactly how this autowebinar funnel software works:
If you’re interested in this webinar platform whatsoever?
Then here is the link that I talked about in the video where you can get started:
Don’t forget that this software currently comes with a nice one-time pricing plan.
Let’s get started and review WebinarKit now.
Creating Auto Webinar Funnels With WebinarKit
Now I’m going to be walking you through the process of creating a webinar with this tool.
It’s very easy to do too.
Aside from my review, you’ll also be getting tips that will help you with the process.
Follow along with these steps and you will have your webinar up very quickly.
This is going to be step 1 of creating your automated webinar with this software.
It’s an easy step too.
All you need to do here is add the video that you’ll be using for your webinar presentation.
There are quite a few ways that you can accomplish this:
- Use an uploaded video.
- Use a URL as I did in the screenshot above.
And yes, you can use videos from popular sources such as YouTube or Vimeo.
My big webinar file is on my external hard drive so I used a YouTube URL instead.
Helpful Note: Keep in mind that these settings depend on the WebinarKit upgrade.
With the WebinarKit Pro, you get to utilize the video hosting that they provide.
I just wanted to make that part clear.
After adding your video file or link, you click on save and then move to the next step.
This is another easy-to-figure out section when it comes to your webinar details.
Aside from your webinar being active or not, here’s what you need to enter in:
- Your name, which is super-self-explanatory 😛
- The title of your webinar (make sure it’s a juicy one).
- The subtitle of your webinar (also make it a juice one).
- A brief description of what your audience will see on the webinar.
And don’t forget about entering the webinar duration in minutes.
There are also going to be two more sections underneath what I showed you above.
Allow me to add another screenshot down below so that you can see what I mean:
As you can see from the screenshot above, there are two more sections to edit:
- Webinar Presenter.
- Webinar Schedule.
Ironically enough, both of these sections are very easy to figure out and complete.
I want to address the webinar schedule section though as it’s pretty important.
When it comes to your auto webinar, you can choose from using:
- Just in time scheduling.
- As well as picking the specific times, days, as well as time zones.
Just in time scheduling allows registrants to join your webinar presentation right away.
This is beneficial because it allows you to maximize your attendance and even your sales.
I’d recommend that for any beginner who is starting to create automated webinars.
You can always turn off the just-in-time scheduling if you like.
If you do that then you can easily set up when you’d like your webinar to happen.
Overall, this tool comes with very easy webinar scheduling and that’s a good thing:
Let’s look at the next step for setting up your webinars with this software tool.
WebinarKit Registration Page
This is the fun part where you get to pick our your webinar registration page.
As shown in the screenshot above, there are four registration page templates:
- Left side cover.
- Left side image.
- Right side cover.
- Right side image.
Helpful Note: Many of the extra templates come with WebinarKit Pro (an OTO).
These are the main templates that you get for creating your webinar registration page.
After you pick your registration page type, you can then make appropriate edits to it.
Examples of a few things you can edit include (there are more than these):
- Registration video.
- Background color and image.
- Registration button color and text.
This software also allows you to set or not show the following aspects:
- Countdown timer.
- Webinar presenter.
- Title, subtitle, and description.
- First name, last name, as well as a logo for brand awareness.
Helpful Tip: Getting the email address is the most important part of this page.
Overall, you get very simple registration pages as shown down below:
Here’s the good thing about keeping a registration page simple like this:
A simple registration page always seems to convert the best.
And that’s regardless of if you’re planning on using:
- Free traffic.
- Paid traffic.
So don’t think that you need something fancy in order to generate leads.
What you’ll need to focus on the most is going to be your headline and description.
See, you’re getting some helpful tips along with this WebinarKit review 🙂
In this same section, you also get to set up your thank you page.
I’ll show you another screenshot so that you can see the settings available:
And just so you know, this autowebinar funnels tool hosts all of these pages for you.
I know that’s a popular question so I wanted to answer that in case I forgot.
So that’s the process when it comes to setting up your:
- Registration page.
- Thank you page.
Now we get to take a look at the settings for when attendees are watching your webinar.
There are quite a few perks in this section, too.
WebinarKit Live Settings
These are the setting that will be used when people are watching your webinar.
As you can see from the screenshot added above, you can turn on/off these settings:
- Email questions.
- Webinar live chat.
- The ability to redirect attendees after the webinar has finished.
And of course, there is a section where you can enter in the redirect URL you’ll be using.
So why might you want to use chat for an automated webinar?
Simply because it gives the feel of a live webinar (and live webinars tend to convert better).
I’ll add a screenshot that’s shown on the official WebinarKit site down below.
It’s the perfect showcase of using chat along with having a call to action button:
The offer reveal is going to be another important part of this WebinarKit section.
This is where you can sell your product or high-ticket products.
Here are some of the options that you can set and edit when it comes to your offer:
- Your offer headline, description, and price.
- Three different offer headlines and CTAs (calls to action).
- You can also control when the offer gets shown and when it goes away.
There is also the ability to add an offer countdown if you’d like as well.
WebinarKit still isn’t done here.
There are more perks that you can attach to your autowebinar funnels.
However, as stated in the bullet list below, they will come with specific upgrades.
A few more great features for your webinars include:
- Adding a webinar poll (WebinarKit Pro upgrade perk).
- Giving handouts to your attendees (WebinarKit Pro upgrade perk).
- There’s even a webinar chat simulator (a separate OTO upgrade by itself).
This is a great way to add old chat conversations into your automated webinar.
You can have a look at the screenshot that I added down below:
Simply follow the instructions in order to add a chat message at a specific time.
Here is the process that I’ve used in the past:
- Save the chat messages that people type in my previous webinars.
- Add them to my new automated webinars.
Once again, this is just a great way to help simulate the live webinar feel.
Reminder: This is a feature that you can get as an upgrade (talked about later).
So there is only one more section when it comes to finishing your auto webinar.
Let’s take a look at what it is now.
WebinarKit Email Notifications
So getting people to sign up for your new auto webinar is one thing.
Making sure that they attend your presentation is going to be another thing.
With WebinarKit, they help you when it comes to sending email notifications.
Here are the first three main emails that WebinarKit can send out for you:
- Automatic webinar confirmation email.
- Automatic webinar day 1 email.
- Automatic webinar day 2 email.
You can fill those emails in or leave them blank if you like.
If you leave them blank then WebinarKit will use a default confirmation message.
And there are plenty more messages that you can send too.
Here is another quick list for you:
- Replay reminder emails.
- Emails for those who did not attend.
- Emails for watching 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the webinar.
The more emails that you send, the more chances you have of subscribers watching.
Then again, you can always use the just-in-time setting to drive up your attendance.
This autowebinar funnels tool also offers a few helpful email marketing integrations.
In case you’re on mobile and it’s harder to see the image, the integrations include:
Lastly, WebinarKit also has a section for you to add any of your conversion trackings.
And just like that?
You’ve quickly gone through the steps of setting up an auto webinar.
There’s also one more feature or perk that comes with the autowebinar funnel tool.
Allow me to address that quickly.
Whether you rely on free traffic, paid traffic, or even affiliate traffic?
This webinar software tool also features many easy to read analytics.
In fact, you get plenty more stats than what you’re seeing in the image above.
You can also keep track of your:
- Conversion rates.
- Engagement rates.
- Information of your registrants.
It’s all just icing on the cake when it comes to the value for money that you get.
I would recommend that you try WebinarKit and see for yourself:
Reminder: WebinarKit currently comes with a one-time fee, but that will change soon.
WebinarKit also has a few more tricks up its online marketing sleeve.
Let’s check out what else you can do with this webinar software.
Creating Live Webinars With One Of The Upgrades
So the WebinarKit main platform comes with the ability to create auto webinars.
You’ll be able to create live webinars if you purchase one of the one-time offers.
Helpful Note: I’ll talk more about those when we get to the WebinarKit pricing section.
Until then, let’s take a look at what it takes to set up a brand new live webinar.
Live Webinar Details
So I’m going to be flying through this section (and that’s a good thing).
Because if you can set up an auto webinar, then you can also set up a live webinar.
It pretty much uses the same exact process.
For the first process, it’s the same exact thing except that you don’t need a video.
Helpful Note: You will only need to use a video for your auto webinars.
Onto the next section for creating live webinars.
Live Webinar Registration, Details, Chat, And Email
So everything else is going to be the same as setting up an auto webinar.
Once again, this is really good news because it uses the same exact process.
So there is only one big difference when it comes to creating live vs automated webinars:
- Automated webinars will need a video for your attendees to watch.
- Live webinars don’t need a video since they are live.
Talk about a breath of fresh air.
Especially for me because I don’t have to type a few thousand more words 😛
So that almost concludes most of this WebinarKit review.
By now, you should have a good idea about how this software tool works overall.
If you have any interest so far, then I would recommend that you get started today:
So there’s no doubt that WebinarKit is a great software tool to use.
But what’s the WebinarKit pricing going to be like?
Let’s take a look at that now as we continue to review WebinarKit.
How Much Does WebinarKit Cost?
This is where things get even better.
At the time of writing this, there’s a special founder’s pricing.
- WebinarKit is currently a one-time fee of just $67.
You also get a 14-day money-back guarantee for testing out this webinar software.
In case you can’t see some of the perks in the picture that I added above for you?
Here is a quick list:
- Powerful analytics.
- Automatic email reminders.
- Live chat and questions box.
- Powerful scheduling options.
- Customizable registration pages.
- Automated and just in time webinars.
Talk about a steal of a deal, especially when it comes to a webinar software tool.
I spoke to Stefan Ciancio (the owner) and he said it will go to a subscription in the future.
So comparing $67 one-time to $99 per month is an absolute no-brainer decision.
I hope that you see where I’m coming from when it comes to the pricing.
Sounds good for you?
WebinarKit is also going to come with quite a few upgrades for you to choose from.
In total, there are four extra upgrades that you can choose from.
This will allow you to do a lot more great things with this webinar platform.
So let’s take a look at what else you can do as we continue to review WebinarKit.
OTO 1: WebinarKit Pro ($77)
WebinarKit Pro is the first upgrade and it costs $77 (a one-time fee).
Here are the perks that come along with this upgrade:
- Built-in video hosting.
- One-click replay pages.
- Embedadble registration pages.
- Polls and handouts to boost engagement.
- Additional high-converting registration pages.
I’ve talked about most of these perks when I did my initial WebinarKit review above.
All in all, I do have to say that these perks are certainly worth the price of $77.
Especially when you consider how much additional video hosting can cost you by itself.
OTO 2: WebinarKit Chat Simulator ($47)
WebinarKit Chat Simulator is the second upgrade and it costs $47 (a one-time fee).
This is one of the best ways to make your auto webinars look like they are live presentations.
I highly recommend this upgrade/feature.
Plus, it’s as easy to set up the name, text, and time for each of your comments.
So that’s the OTO 2, let’s take a look at the next upgrade that you can use if you like.
OTO 3: WebinarKit Agency ($97)
So I’d have to guess that this might not be the most popular OTOs of the batch.
However, it can be extremely helpful for those who might want to reap the rewards.
Here’s what you get with the Agency upgrade (which is a one-time payment of $97):
- You can turn this software into a marketing agency that gets high-ticket clients.
- You’ll also see how to land these high-ticket clients.
Best of all, you won’t need to get on the phone in order to get these new clients.
So this can be very beneficial for quite a few people out there.
If not, then no worries whatsoever.
Because WebinarKit has saved one of the best offers for last that you can see below.
OTO 4: WebinarKit Live (Multiple Pricing Options)
This is going to be one of the most popular upgrades (aside from WebinarKit Pro).
Simply because it allows you to also set up and run live webinars with this software.
So there are two pricing plans, and each has two different ways to pay:
- WebinarKit Live is $29 per month or $297 per year.
- WebinarKit Live Agency is $49 per month or $497 per year.
The prices here are pretty good considering that with this upgrade, you will now be able to:
- Run automated webinars.
- As well as now being able to run live webinars.
And that’s going to be all in the same spot.
When it comes to software competitors, here is a look at some of their pricing:
- Demio pricing is $49 per month.
- WebinarJam pricing is $499 per year.
- EasyWebinar pricing is $78 per month.
And that’s just for the ability to run live webinars with those other platforms above.
So that’s something to keep in mind when it comes to the WebinarKit pricing.
Helpful Note: All of the products come with a money-back guarantee.
Overall, they do have the upper hand when it comes to their costs.
I did a separate post about their pricing in case you’d like to read more.
Related: WebinarKit pricing.
But is that going to be enough for them to be a worthy webinar platform to use?
Let’s finalize this WebinarKit review right now and find out.
WebinarKit Review: Is This Auto Webinar Funnel Platform Worth It?
Doing this WebinarKit review along with the demo video was an absolute blast.
However, there are going to be some pros and cons when it comes to this tool.
Don’t worry though.
As there are only a few minor dislikes when it comes to creating autowebinar funnels.
Let’s talk a little about those first before we move onto the pros section.
- A few more templates would be great.
- There are a TON of time zones to pick from.
- Embedding YouTube videos shows clickable titles.
There’s not a lot to dislike when it comes to the pros and cons of this software.
All in all, it would be nice to have a few more webinar registration templates.
However, you can still get a few more with the WebinarKit Pro upgrade.
I noticed that there are a ton of time zones to pick from.
I might just be nitpicking here but I’m not sure that you need that many.
Lastly, when embedding YouTube videos, there are clickable titles on the video.
Instead, you can always just use a video that’s not from YouTube.
All in all, these are pretty minor flaws that have very easy solutions.
Let’s flip the script of this WebinarKit review and talk about the pros now.
There are quite a few.
- Pocket friendly (great price).
- Unlimited autowebinar funnels.
- There are no limits for attendees.
- There are plenty of upgrades to fit your needs.
- Beginner-friendly (totally modern and easy to use).
- Perfect for high ticket sales and high ticket products.
- WebinarKit will show if the video is on mute (saves headaches).
- Great for creating a modern and professional autowebinar (or many).
First and foremost, this hits a lot of the important aspects of an online software tool.
It’s simple to use, easy to figure out, and does exactly what it says it’s going to do.
Plus, you can’t help but love that they currently are offering a one-time pricing fee.
And yes, there are quite a few additional upsells.
However, it’s a great way to really customize what you want to do with your webinars.
At the end of the day, that’s how an effective upsell should be.
It should allow you to add upgrades to whatever you’ve already got.
And when it comes to WebinarKit, to begin with?
This software is certainly worth the minimal price of admission (upgrades too).
WebinarKit comes highly recommended.
You can click the link down below to pickup WebinarKit before the price rises:
Helpful Note: The payment will eventually move to a recurring subscription.
So be sure to take action before that price changes and increases.
WebinarKit Frequently Asked Questions
As with any software tool, you might have a few more related questions.
Allow me to answer a few of them for you right here.
Will WebinarKit Work For Me?
First and foremost, allow me to ask you these two questions:
- Would you like to create high-converting auto webinar funnels?
- Would you also be interested in running live webinars?
If you answered Yes to either one of those questions?
Then this webinar software tool will certainly work for you.
More specifically, WebinarKit is going to be a perfect fit for:

- Anyone looking to sell high-ticket products.
- Any affiliate that wants to create affiliate webinar funnels.
Affiliate webinar funnels meaning that you can promote affiliate offers too.
You would just add your affiliate link to where the offer gets made at the end.
When someone clicks on your affiliate link and purchases?
A sale is made and that’s how make your affiliate commissions with this software.
All in all, any online marketer can get a lot of value out of this software.
